The second dish I cooked up this week, was walking tacos! These were one of my favorite things to eat as a child and I still enjoy them. So instead of making just regular tacos at home, I decided to make some homemade walking tacos because it has been so long since I have had them! I was actually so excited to make these for my boyfriend and I. We headed to the store to buy up the ingredients that I did not have at home.
Ingredients: Hamburger or Turkey Burger, taco seasoning, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese, sour cream, Doritos, and any other vegetables that you would like to add.
Step one in the cooking process would be to brown the burger and then mix in the taco seasoning according to the package. You can even add in some extra spices if you want to add a little kick to the dish.

Next, you should wash and cut up the veggies that you would like to add. After the veggies are cut up, then you can put them all in containers and place them out so whoever is eating a walking taco can make up their own little bag! If you choose not to buy the individual bags of Doritos, you can always just buy a big bag and then put some chips into plastic sandwich bags to distribute that way.
The last thing to do, is to dish up your individual walking tacos, add in your fixings and enjoy!
